Responsibilities
Find and hire new employees through various methods.

Make sure employees get paid and receive benefits like insurance and retirement plans.
Keep track of industry standards to ensure fair compensation.
Listen to and solve any problems or conflicts between employees.
Make sure everyone feels comfortable and respected at work.
Keep accurate records of employee information and company policies.
Make sure the company follows all laws and regulations related to employment.
Ideal Qualifications:
Typically in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
Gain practical experience through internships or entry-level HR positions.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards.
Understand labor laws and compliance requirements.
